Welcome to MyGlide Collegiate Ride Service (“MyGlide,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership or scheduling a ride.

1. Service Overview

MyGlide provides transportation services for enrolled students of St. Mary’s College and nearby institutions within a five-mile service area. Rides are available from Thursday evenings through Sunday mornings at 6:00 a.m.

2. Memberships

  • Memberships cost $300 per semester and are valid only for the semester purchased.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between students.
  • Each member receives a swag bag containing promotional items such as a T-shirt and MyGlide Free Ride tickets.
  • Free Ride tickets may be given to friends and are valid for one ride each within the service area.
  • Memberships are limited to 200 per semester and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Ride Fees

  • Members pay $5 per ride within a five-mile radius of campus.
  • Rides requested beyond this area may not be accepted.
  • All ride payments are processed securely through our Square checkout system.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Membership fees are non-refundable after purchase unless MyGlide is unable to provide service for more than 30 consecutive days.
  • Unused rides or tickets do not roll over to future semesters.
  • Rides canceled less than 10 minutes before pickup may be charged in full.

5. Code of Conduct

All members and passengers must behave respectfully toward MyGlide drivers, staff, and other riders. MyGlide reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership without refund for misconduct, including:

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
  • Vandalism or damage to vehicles
  • Harassment of staff or other passengers
  • Providing false membership information

6. Safety

  • MyGlide drivers are trained to maintain a safe, professional environment.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
  • MyGlide reserves the right to deny service to anyone who appears intoxicated, unwell, or unsafe to transport.
  • MyGlide is not liable for personal belongings left behind in vehicles.

7. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to release MyGlide, its owners, employees, and affiliates from liability for any personal injury, property loss, or damages arising from use of the service, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Website Content

All images, graphics, and text on this website are owned by MyGlide and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any third-party trademarks appearing on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Modification of Terms

MyGlide may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this website.
